Delivered by Xton Construction, the works comprise a full upgrade to the building structure, façade, and internal amenities to create a modern, efficient, and high-quality industrial facility.

Scope of works includes:

• Comprehensive refurbishment of the warehouse interior and exterior finishes 
• Upgrades to site infrastructure, including access roads, drainage, and utility services
• Modernization of office and staff amenities, including lunchrooms, change rooms, and restrooms
• Installation of new electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems to meet current compliance and performance standards
• Enhancements to external areas, including landscaping and hardstand improvements, to support site functionality and presentation
